ご予約の流れ
  1. Web予約は、ご予約日3日前まで承ります。前日、前々日はお電話にてご連絡ください。 Online reservations are accepted up to 3 days before the reservation date. Please contact us by phone the day before or the day before. 온라인 예약은 예약일 기준, 3일전 까지 가능합니다. 예약일 기준 3일전보다 촉박한 경우에는 전화로 연락주세요.
  2. 送信後、すぐに自動返信メールが届きます。この時点ではまだご予約は成立しておりませんのでご注意下さい。
    自動返信メールが届かない場合は、返信メールも届きません。一度迷惑メールフォルダをご確認の上お電話にてお問い合わせください。 After sending, you will receive an automatic reply email immediately. Please note that your reservation has not yet been finalized at this point. If you do not receive an automatic reply email, you will not receive a reply email either. Please check your spam folder and then contact us by phone. 송신후 바로 자동답장메일이 도착할 것 입니다. 이 시점에서는 아직 예약은 성립되어 있지 않으므로 주의해 주십시오. 자동 답장 메일이 도착하지 않은 경우에는 예약 완료 메일을 포함한 모든 메일이 도착하지 않을 것입니다. 우선 정크메일함 폴더를 확인후, 도착하지 않으셨다면 전화로 문의주세요.
  3. ご予約受付についての返信メールをお送りします。ご希望日の予約状況により承れない場合もございます。
    その際はこのメールにてお知らせしますので必ずご確認ください。当店からの返信メールをもってご予約受付とさせていただきます。
    お送りしたメールが迷惑メールフォルダに入ってしまうことがあります。お待ちの間はお手数ですが迷惑メールもご確認ください。特にGmailをお使いの方はご注意ください。 We will send you a reply email regarding your reservation. We may not be able to accept your request depending on the reservation status for your desired date.

  5. 返信メールが届かない場合も、基本的にお申込内容は当店へ届いております。

  • 安心で安全に石垣島の海を楽しんで頂けるよう、予約前にダイバーメディカル参加者チェックシートのチェックをお願いしています。 To ensure you can enjoy the ocean of Ishigaki Island safely and securely, we ask that you complete the Diver Medical Participant Checklist before making a reservation. 안심하고 안전하게 이시가키 섬의 바다를 즐길 수 있도록 예약 전에 다이버 메디컬 참가자 체크 시트의 체크를 부탁드립니다.
  • 必ずご確認の上全ての項目に「はい」「いいえ」でお答えください。「はい」があったお客様は医師による評価シートが必要になります。お近くの病院でダイバーメディカル参加者シートをお持ちになり医師の署名をもらうようお願いします。 Please make sure to answer all the questions with “yes” or “no”. If you answered “yes”, you will need a medical evaluation sheet. 台風や悪天候などでの航空便・高速船の欠航、当日の海況次第でツアーが開催出来ないと当店が判断した場合はキャンセル料はかかりません。

If flights or high-speed boats are cancelled due to typhoons or bad weather, or if we determine that the tour cannot be held due to sea conditions on the day, there will be no cancellation fee.
